An IP address can be assigned to each connection and you can use one machine to print from different network segments.

XPS Direct Print Option Type M26

• This option enables direct printing of XPS format documents.

Copy Connector Type M25

• Connects two mainframes (MP C6503 or MP C8003) together, so a job can be divided and copied on both systems simultaneously.

Media Identification Unit Type S3

• Use this option to simplify media searching and registering.

• This option will display candidates of media with similar printing setting characteristics that are already registered in the paper catalog and the customer paper list.

NFC Card Reader Type S6

• Near Field Communication card reader. Used to authenticate users for logging into the device only. Does not support Java SDK applications.

Notes:

1. Smart Operation Panel Type S6 is required to add this option.

2. NFC Card Reader Type S6 cannot be installed with Smart Card Reader Built-in Unit Type S6.

Optional Counter Interface Unit Type M12

• 20-Pin interface used to attach external key counter or key card device.

Removable Hard Drive Kit for Pro C5200 (RHD)

• Allows users to remove the device's hard drive and lock it away in a vault or safe.

Set of Two Swap-able Drives with Docking Trays (ARHD)

• An additional removable hard drive to allow the complete separation of classified, top secret, and/or sensitive information from those that do not or should not have access. The ARHD also allows the device to be serviced without using the hard drive that contains the information that needs to be kept secret.

Notes:

Removable Hard Drive Kit for Pro C5200 (RHD) is required to add this option.

Smart Card Reader Built-in Unit Type S6

• This option is a cover and a card reader is not included.

• For use with Ricoh & third party software solutions. The smart card reader and its cable will be covered inside the mainframe when this option is attached. Not all card readers may be supported.

Notes:

Smart Card Reader Built-in Unit Type S6 cannot be installed with NFC Card Reader Type S6.
