Expedite work via the touchscreen convenience of the 10.1” Smart Operation Panel. Integrate RICOH Smart Integration Workflows, part of Ricoh’s Cloud Workflow Solutions, or download time-saving, easy-to-use apps from the RICOH Application Site for one-touch shortcuts that automate frequently performed tasks. You can also preview documents prior to printing and customize the layout of the Home Page.

Keep information moving wherever you are. Download the RICOH Smart Device Connector app to print and share information from your smartphone or tablet without utilities, software or drivers. You can even scan and send digital files instantly via your personal address book. Need to get information from a USB drive or SD card? Simply plug it into the IM 350F to print remotely without a PC.
Expand your storage and finishing capabilities
Add optional paper trays to increase paper capacity up to 2,100 sheets and accommodate a wide range of paper sizes and stocks, including labels, spreadsheets, envelopes, statements and more. The built-in Hard Disk Drive lets you store and access up to 3,000 frequently-used documents on the Document Server. Use the optional offline stapler to organize and present document sets with confidence.
Simplify maintenance tasks
The IM 350F is designed specifically to minimize maintenance for the user. Watch How-To-Videos and read FAQs from the Smart Operation Panel. Use convenient Smart Assist offline tutorials to troubleshoot everyday tasks. In addition, with Ricoh's toner cartridge/container take-back program, you can return all empty Ricoh branded toner containers and cartridges to our recycling vendor.
Scan and share quickly
Keep information moving with the Single Pass Document Feeder and scan up to 40 images per minute (ipm), then distribute those files via multiple Scan-to-Email/Folder/URL/USB/SD/FTP destinations. With optional Optical Character Recognition (OCR), you can scan files for fast, easy keyword searching. Share contracts and other forms quickly and economically with the Cloud Fax app.
Connect in the cloud
Use the embedded web browser to access information online or from your favorite cloud-based services and storage sites. Send and retrieve critical data securely in the cloud with RICOH Content Manager, SharePoint® or other enterprise content management systems. Download other optional third-party apps at any time to customize and streamline workflows even more.
Be assured data is secured
Keep critical information safe and in the hands of rightful owners via multiple security tools. With the embedded Hard Disk Drive, you can use encryption to help protect stored and transmitted data. The DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS) automatically overwrites latent data left on the hard drive. Standard or optional Locked Print software ensures only authorized users print and retrieve documents.

Offline Stapler Type M34
- Optional offline stapler located on the side of the system providing walk-up users with the ability to conveniently staple printed output up to 20 sheets. The stapler can staple 1,000 times without reloading.

Print Options
IEEE802.11 Interface Unit Type M24
- Allows MFP device to connect to the network over WiFi. Useful for temporary sites and locations where cabling is impractical.
Print/Scan & Connectivity Options
PostScript3 Unit Type M34
- Genuine Adobe® PostScript®3™. Recommended for printing more complex B&W and PDF files.
- The IM 305F, IM 430Fb and IM 430F come with standard PostScript3 Emulation and PDF Direct Print Emulation.
- This option is available for customers who require True Adobe® workflows like Photoshop®, Illustrator® and PDF/X as well as additional font support. When enabled on the MFP, the standard PostScript3 Emulation and PDF Direct Emulation will be disabled.
Print/Scan Options
Extended USB Board Type M19
- Required for printing from USB Type B port.
Notes:
Extended USB Board Type M19 cannot be installed with IEEE 1284 Interface Board Type M19, IEEE 802.11a/g/n Interface Unit Type M19, or File Format Converter Type M19.
File Format Converter Type M19
- Required to convert formats and drag to desktop documents stored via Copy or Print mode.

OCR Unit Type M13
- This function embeds invisible text on scanned images of PDF and enables users to search PDF files by arbitrary keywords. Searchable PDF files can be sent to email, folders, and external media (USB/SD Card).
Page Keeper Type M28
- A multi-feed detection sensor that automatically stops a scanning job if more than one page is fed through the Single Pass Document Feeder.
- Ideal for environments that rely on scanning workflows and often scan mixed sized originals.
USB Device Server Option Type M19A
- An interface board for adding an extra Ethernet port. If you install the USB Device Server Option, you can connect two Ethernet cables simultaneously: one to the machine's Gigabit Ethernet port and one to the Gigabit Ethernet port of USB Device Server Option. An IP address can be assigned to each connection and you can use one machine to print from different network segments.
Notes:
USB Device Server Option Type M19A cannot be installed with IEEE 1284 Interface Board Type M19, IEEE 802.11a/g/n Interface Unit Type M19, File Format Converter Type M19, or Extended USB Board Type M19.
